Application
Commonly used for processing inorganic fillers such as carbon black and SiO2, it not only acts as an activator and coupling agent, but also as a crosslinking agent, softener, and reinforcing agent. It is used as a reinforcing and vulcanizing agent in the rubber industry. It can be used for rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, chloroprene rubber, butyl rubber, halogenated butyl rubber, EPDM rubber, and oil filled rubber of these rubbers. It can also be used in the combination of these rubbers.
Main function
1. Unsulfided rubber: 1) Reduce Mooney viscosity; 2) Reduce burning phenomenon; 3) Increased degree of sulfurization; 4) The mixing, rolling, and extrusion characteristics have been greatly improved.
2. Vulcanized rubber: 1) Increased tensile strength; 2) Long term deformation reduction; 3) Improvement of heat generation and dynamic characteristics; 4) Improvement of silicon wear performance; 5) Improved tear resistance strength; 6) Improvement in swelling properties in water and other substances.
